Acceptable Use Policy
Digiesim is a product of Acom Solutions Limited,
At Acom Solutions we want to ensure that you enjoy our Services while adhering to the law and our community standards. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines how we expect you to use our Services responsibly, in line with the standards of the internet community and mobile networks globally.
By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
Applicability
This Policy applies to you and any people using your account ("Covered Users"). You are responsible for keeping your Covered Users informed about this Policy and any updates. This Policy is part of the Acom Solutions Terms of Service, and the definitions used here align with those in the Master Services Agreement.
Abuse
Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use them to:
- Create or send unsolicited bulk emails.
- Disrupt or interfere with networks, systems, or devices.
- Monitor data without permission from the system owner.
- Use misleading header information in emails.
- Access someone else's internet account or computer without permission.
- Distribute advertising software without user consent.
- Collect personal information without authorization, including methods like phishing or scamming.
- Conduct activities that could harm Acom Solutions or provoke retaliation against us.
Bandwidth Abuse
Our roaming data services are designed for regular mobile internet use while travelling. The following activities are prohibited:
- Uploading or downloading large files (over 300MB).
- Continuous background transfers of non-viewable media.
- Prolonged streaming without active participation from the user.
- Using your eSIM device to connect multiple other devices (beyond standard Wi-Fi Hotspot usage).
- Providing internet to stationary devices for extended periods.
- Engaging in BitTorrent or P2P file sharing.
- Activities consuming more than 150MB of data per hour.
Vulnerability Testing
Do not attempt to probe or test the security of Acom Solutions or any Services without express written consent from us.
Newsgroups, Chat Forums, and Other Networks
Abide by the rules and guidelines of any forums, bulletin boards, or chat groups you participate in while using our Services.
Offensive Content
You must not share or link to content that violates laws or our community standards. This includes:
- Content related to child sexual abuse or non-consensual acts.
- Excessive violence or hate speech.
- Fraudulent schemes, like chain letters or pyramid schemes.
- Anything that could jeopardize someone's safety or privacy.
- Promotion of illegal activities, including drugs and gambling.
- Malicious or retaliatory content against Acom Solutions.
Intellectual Property
Do not use our Services to download, distribute, or publish protected content without authorization from the rights holder or unless allowed by intellectual property laws.
Use of Assigned Identification
You may only use the IP addresses assigned to you by Acom Solutions. If your assigned IP address is listed on an abuse database, we may take action to protect our IP address, which could include suspending or terminating your service.
You must not create an account using a false name or invalid payment information.
Enforcement and Violations
Violating this Policy may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services at our discretion. You agree that warnings or prior notice may not be required.
Changes
We may update this Policy at any time, and it’s your responsibility to check for changes. Any amendments will take effect 14 days from when they are posted or upon your continued use of the Services, whichever is later.
