If you purchase a digieSIM and it does not perform as expected upon your arrival at your destination, we will refund the cost of the eSIM after deducting any data that has been utilized.
Fair Use Policy
Our Fair Usage Policy outlines your usage responsibilities, how to avoid violations, and the consequences if your usage exceeds acceptable limits.
You are required to use our services for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. Business-related activities with our services or eSIM profiles are prohibited.
Your eSIM profile should only be used as advertised and instructed in our user guides. Using a digiesim profile with non-approved devices or hardware is not allowed.
You must not utilize our services or eSIM cards to generate artificially increased traffic or to send persistent automated or unsolicited messages or data.
Installing or using a gateway device or eSIM box without our prior written permission is prohibited. This includes devices connected via cable, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi to a computer or the internet for large volumes of calls or messages. We have full discretion in approving or denying such requests.
Fraudulent use of our services or eSIM profile, including activities associated with criminal offenses or breaches of law, is strictly forbidden. This encompasses making calls, sending messages, or disseminating any materials that are offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
You should not exploit our billing or call record systems to gain an unfair advantage.

If we suspect that your usage is not in accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to impose additional charges or disconnect your eSIM profile after attempting to reach you first.
We may implement network protection controls that could reduce your speed. If we believe you are not adhering to this policy, we can disconnect your eSIM profile after attempting to contact you.
